Prof. James van Gelder is a Consultant Neurosurgeron & Spine Surgeon. He is an expert in minimally invasive spinal procedures. He is the director of Neurosurgery at Concord Repatriation General Hospital and Sydney Adventist Hospital.
Dr Kathir Nadanachandran is a non-operating specialist neurosurgeon and spine surgeon who has worked as a consultant in Canberra for over 30 years and as a clinical associate professor in the Australian National University. His current interests are spinal, general neurosurgical and peripheral nerve conditions.
Dr Christella Mylordi is a Consultant Occupational Physician and a Fellow of The Australasian Faculty of Occupational and Environmental Medicine. She has worked in Spinal Medicine for over 20 years. She specialises in the management and rehabilitation of injured workers and general management of spinal conditions.
Dr Azhar Khan is an occupational physician who specialises in return to work, injury management, chronic pain and associated mental health issues, fitness for duty, site visits, file review assessments, pre-employment medicals, health surveillance (e.g. asbestos, silicosis and noise exposure assessments), visa medicals and fitness for travel assessments. He is an Injury Management Consultant (IMC) in insurance and worker’s compensation cases.
Dr Anderson is a consultant physiotherapist who has experience in treating both acute and chronic spinal conditions. He has worked with orthopaedic surgeons and neurosurgeons in both the acute hospital setting at Prince of Wales Private Hospital and at the Sydney Spine Institute.
Rob Boland is a Clinical Associate Professor in the Faculty of Medicine and Health at the University of Sydney and a Fellow of the Australian College of Physiotherapy in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy. His interests are in the areas of nerve function, rehabilitation of shoulder injuries, spinal pain, obesity and arthritis, and carpal tunnel syndrome.
